In short: all device tests run locally in your browser. Personal data from the tests is never transmitted to us.

2. Device tests: local processing only

The tests on this site (touchscreen, display, speaker, microphone, vibration, sensors, camera, GPS, battery) access device features only after your explicit browser permission. All resulting data (e.g. microphone recordings, camera images, location coordinates, sensor readings) is processed exclusively locally in your browser and never transmitted to us or third parties. Microphone recordings are discarded when you leave the page. Your test ratings and language preference are kept in your browser's local storage and can be removed at any time by clearing the site's data.

3. Hosting and server logs

When you visit this site, our hosting provider Netlify processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and ensure its security.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this site are stored on our own server and delivered from there. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

This website uses Google AdSense, an advertising service of Google Ireland Ltd. AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to display ads and measure their performance. Personalized advertising is shown only with your consent, which you can give and withdraw at any time via our consent banner.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
